REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule a service request before technician dispatch
  • Once the technician is assigned or on the way, cancellation may not be possible

2. Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer refunds for completed services
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be considered in cases of:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Service not delivered due to our fault

3. Product Refunds

  • Products (RO systems, spare parts) are subject to brand/manufacturer policies
  • Any defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

4. Advance Payments

  • Any advance paid for booking is non-refundable once service is confirmed

5. Rescheduling

  • Customers can reschedule service requests based on availability
