1. Service Cancellation
- Customers can cancel or reschedule a service request before technician dispatch
- Once the technician is assigned or on the way, cancellation may not be possible
2. Refund Policy
- We generally do not offer refunds for completed services
- Refunds (if applicable) will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Service not delivered due to our fault
3. Product Refunds
- Products (RO systems, spare parts) are subject to brand/manufacturer policies
- Any defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
4. Advance Payments
- Any advance paid for booking is non-refundable once service is confirmed
5. Rescheduling
- Customers can reschedule service requests based on availability
